Inpatient Withdrawal Unit (Detox)

The Inpatient Withdrawal Unit (Detoxification) is a 15 bed, 7 day/24 hour short stay detoxification unit for both men and women over 16 years of age. The in-hospital unit provides medically supervised withdrawal management from alcohol and drugs along with an educational and therapeutic program.

The Unit’s staff members ensure that patients go through their detoxification in a safe, secure, supportive, comfortable and relaxed environment.

The Inpatient Withdrawal Unit (Detoxification) is a state-wide service and accepts referrals from people who reside anywhere in New South Wales.
