Previous Dry July donations have allowed the Centre to help improve the patient experience.
Go Dry this July
29 Jun 2022
Help create a better life for people affected by Cancer by going dry this July.
By supporting the fundraising efforts of the Nepean Hospital Crusaders this Dry July you can help our local Cancer Care service.
Nepean Cancer and Wellness Centre Operations and Service Development Manager, Tania Ball says the decision to join the campaign was an easy one to make.
“We want to help make a difficult time a little easier for those affected by cancer. Dry July allows us to sacrifice something as simple as alcohol to help discover ways to enrich the lives of our patients, their families and carers,” says Tania.
Money raised throughout the month is invaluable and supports improvements to patient care and services.
In previous years Dry July donations have allowed the Centre to renovated patient rooms and purchased specialist equipment.
Work is currently underway to upgrade an outdoor courtyard for patients to relax and unwind while receiving care.
So what are you waiting for? There’s still plenty of time to sign up.
You can register as an individual or form your own team and select Nepean Cancer Care as your beneficiary.
