Share the Journey this Mental Health Month

03 Oct 2018

This year’s Mental Health Month theme encourages individuals and communities to connect with others and recognise how important this is for our mental health and wellbeing. The theme for this year is ‘Share the Journey’.

The NBMLHD Mental Health Service are coordinating and taking part in a huge schedule of events throughout October to help consumers, staff and our community create social connections, improve wellbeing and reduce the stigma around mental illness.
