Multidisciplinary foot service (includes podiatrist, orthotist, wound CNC, diabetes educator and endocrinologist with access to vascular and orthopaedic surgeons) managing active foot ulcers and foot complications.

Referral Criteria
Non-healing foot ulcer or wound
Suspected osteomyelitis or soft tissue infection of the foot
Suspected or diagnosed active Charcot Neuroarthropathy
Gangrene of the lower limb
How to Refer
A referral is required to allocate the patient to the most appropriate clinic.
Referrals are accepted from Medical Practioners, Medical Specialists, NMBLHD service providers or other Ministry of Health services.
Referrals must be addressed to Dr Zheng or to the High Risk Foot Clinic with the following details:

Imaging (X-rays, CT, MRI, arterial studies), if performed

The patient will either be called or sent a letter regarding appointment details.
