Referral Criteria
- >2 years <16 years and obesity defined as >99th percentile (CDC BMI chart) = >120% of BMI of 95th centile
or
- >85th centile and obesity related comorbidity
How to Refer
GP to write detailed referral letter addressed to Dr Gary Leong or Paediatric Obesity Clinic.
